Node Vertex Terms of Service

These terms summarize acceptable use for Node Vertex while formal customer agreements are executed for business and enterprise deployments.

Use of service

You are responsible for the vertices, files, app routes, messages, workflows, and payloads you create or expose. Do not use Node Vertex for unlawful activity, abuse, credential theft, malware distribution, spam, or attempts to bypass policy controls.

Security

You must protect credentials, API tokens, passkeys, signed URLs, and tenant access. Do not publish secrets in public vertices. Report suspected vulnerabilities through the Security and Trust contact path.

Availability and changes

Free and preview features may change. Business and enterprise commitments, support terms, retention, residency, and SLAs are defined in written agreements or deployment plans.

Content and suspension

We may restrict or suspend access to protect the service, customers, or the public from abuse, security risk, or policy violations.
